Backshop signed up its first client, RBS Greenwich Capital, in late 2002 whose CMBS Group reported efficiency gains of over 100% since going live in 2003. Since then, Backshop has signed up several global financial customers that include Bank of America, Hypo Real Estate, AIG, Genworth Financial, CWCapital and Gramercy Capital.
Backshop supports all major collateral including commercial real estate and corporate banking and multiple loan types. Backshop can be implemented without custom software configurations and is available for licensing on both a direct and ASP basis.
